You will step into a crucial analysis project where a business needs to understand the effects of shifting from current occupational pension solutions to the ITP plan. The assignment involves comparisons between solutions within KPA, KAP-KL, and AKAP-KR, and a future model within FAO with the ITP plan. You will produce a clear decision-making basis that shows the differences for both the organization and the employees. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to use your deep pension expertise in a limited assignment where your analysis has direct significance for important decisions.

• You analyze the differences between the current occupational pension solution and a future solution according to the ITP plan.
• You calculate how the change affects both the organization's costs and the employees' conditions.
• You produce comparisons and materials that make it easy to understand the consequences of the transition.
• You highlight the effects for a group of 15 employees.
• You contribute an independent expert perspective on matters concerning occupational pensions and pension commitments.

• You have at least 15 years of experience working with pension commitments issued by employers to employees.
• You are very well-versed in occupational pensions ITP and KPA.
• You work independently from insurance companies and brokerage firms.

• You have previous experience performing similar assignments for municipal or regional operations.
